Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Breen Photo provides professional pet photography services including portrait sessions, event photography, and related products (prints, digital files, wall art). All sessions are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Booking & Payment
Session fees are due at the time of booking to secure your date. Product orders are placed through our online gallery and are due at the time of purchase. Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
Great Image Guarantee
If we don't create images you love, we'll refund your session fee. This guarantee applies to the session fee only, not to product purchases.
Image Rights & Usage
Breen Photo retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased digital files, including printing and sharing on social media with credit appreciated. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Breen Photo reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Model Program
Participants in our model photography program agree to allow Breen Photo to use all images from their session for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Model sessions are complimentary and include select digital downloads as described at the time of signup.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number through our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Breen Photo. Messages may include session updates, event notifications, and model program invitations. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4/month). Message and data rates may apply.

Content on breenphoto.com is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Breen Photo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
